4th century BC. The rhyton is of the long-horn type and ends with a protome of a bull. The bull's head is kind of austere, and the legs between which an opening for the liquid is installed, are folded. The rhyton is part of a service of King Kotyu I (OK. 383-360 Mr. BC) and was made in the Thracian village of Beo on the model of Achaemenid royal art. The rhyton spear is silvered and gilded.
